My name’s Andrew, and I’m a freelance creative copywriter: I put my creative and writing expertise at the service of my customers – they tell me what they want to accomplish and I work out how best to achieve it. In the past this has included web copy, email, SMS, social media, UX writing, creative and conceptual copywriting, blogging, marketing copy, and short-turnaround comms and email work for large commercial companies.
This may typically involve creative writing, copywriting, developing ideas and concepts, editing, proof-reading, fine-tuning on points of grammar and punctuation, translating complex material into simple, readable final copy, or even just using my imagination to come up with something completely fresh and original that hasn’t been done before.
(For those customers who want it I also make use of side skills in digital photography and graphic design.)
